The whole process is quick and easy. Just pick your program, tell us a little bit about yourself and your medical history, complete some lab work (if required), and make a virtual appointment with one of Youthful MD’s A4M medical professionals.

Step 3:Create Your Account and Complete a Simple Health Form
To get started, we’ll just need a little bit of information about your medical history. Create your account and fill out our medical questionnaire, and you’ll be on your way.

Step 4:Make a Virtual Appointment with our Youthful MD Medical Specialist
Scheduling a virtual appointment with our Youthful MD health specialist is fast and easy. Most appointments can be scheduled within 48 hours of creating an account. If your program requires labs, the virtual visits are schedule within 48 hours after labs are completed.

Step 5:Schedule your Labs if Requested
Some programs require lab work to proceed. If needed, you will receive a requisition form from our National Lab partners to be completed at a location near you. If you already have labs, you’ll be prompted to upload your results, and you can skip the lab work step.

Step 6:Start Your Youthful MD Program!
After your virtual appointment with our health specialist, you are now ready to get started with your program. Results could be just days or weeks away!
- All program kits and items will be shipped discreetly to your door.
- Download your Youthful MD Wellness App to follow the program and track your success via Apple or Android Stores.
- Our YMD health specialist will monitor your progress, answer your questions and provide recommendation for a more Youthful you.

Step 7:Enjoy a More Youthful YOU!
In the first few weeks of your program, we recommend close follow-ups with our health specialist. After that, we’ll follow up every three months to monitor your progress and make changes as needed
